Well, i think Lee is smart enough not to go near Neji until he opens at least three gates. At that point, Lee is faster than any human can, without a demon or other help. If he is faster than Neji, then Neji can't hit him. On the other hand, If Neji did get in close enough to hit Lee first, it would be all over. It is a question of who is faster; Neji, or Lee with no weights?

and doesnt Neji have a small blind spot in his Byayugan skill

Well see Neji can extend his charka so he doesn't have to be that close to hit Lee, If lee can avoid every single of Neji's hits then yes Lee will win, i just don't think he can. |

true, he can exert chakra blasts, but they are 1) dodgeable and 2) don't seal off chakra points. I'm pretty sure Lee could dodge them and relase one gate at a time

well personally i think that this would be a VERY exciting match to watch. but my money of on Rock, if you take their physical fighting skills rock lee is MUCH more trained in it. neji is good with his biyokogon (idk how to spell it) but that can only show chakra points on the body, and guess what, rock lee doesnt use chakra for his tai jutsu, so in the end i think it would be rrock who comes out in the lead.

Well, thank you for the support, but some of your views are a bit misguided. Not to wreak your spirit, or put you down, i just want to get some facts stright. Byakugan does see chakra points, yes, but Lee does use chakra, espicialy in his gate forms. Chakra is life energy, and if you block this off, you block off a person's life, basicly. He might not be as POWERFULL in his strikes, but Neji's strikes are a bit quicker and have a more subtle effect. Guy-sensei but it quite nicely: He and Lee use crushing blows, while Neji and Hinata shut things down from the inside. Like i said, love the support, just don't get the facts mixed.  |

yea i forgot about how chakra IS life energy so neji would stil lbe able to see his points and take them out. ill check this out cause im kinda having second thoughts about lee.  |

neji might be able to see lee but the neji's body is to slow to react and make him a easy target

Neji's reactions aren't his downfall, it's that, well, he is just not as fast as lee, especialy when he goes gate forms. If Neji hits lee right off the bat, then lee is down. But if Lee is smart enough to back off before hitting Neji in gate forms, then things get interesting.
