well sorry yo you are wrong on that one Rock Lee has it in the Bag if naruto can beat neji so can Lee.Lee is faster and Neji can barely keep up with he speed with byakugan on  |

Yes but the Neji will be able to see where Lee is coming form, i would have to say Lee however barley just because he wants it more and wont give up

Here's one way to look at it. Neji has NO blind spot, so Lee really can't take advantage of the speed demon that he is, but Lee has the Determinaton of a Mule, and he will not give up! Lee would win by determination, but Neji would win by cool-headedness. My otucome- Lee but only after a long, gruling fight that would demand major sacrifice by both parties

Actually Neji does have a blind spot, its small so it wouldn't be a facter in this fight unless Lee found that out somehow(i don't think so).
