Me i think Neji wins even without the 64/plams, Lee doesnt know a way to beat him(he isnt the sharpest tool in the shed) and im suer Neji knows how to beat Lee

But one has to think if Neji got even 1 hit, it would devestate lee, because neji knows he would have to make every hit he could land count. So as long as Neji could not hit him, Lee would win.

Yes, but Neji is definetly a lot faster later on. He may not be able to land a lot of hits, but the hits he does make will devistate lee. I also think that rotation thing might be a bummer on lee.

Neji might be able to land a few hits but I think Lee'd win - so much determination you know? It'd be a close match and Lee would demand a re-match if he lost - unless of course he's in the hospital because he used the hidden lotus...

You have to take itno account that Neji is a genius. He learned rotation by himself! Though Lee is a genius of efforts, i still think Neji could use a Rotation to throw lee off balance, then hit him with a 64 palms. Actualy, come to think of it, Neji knows how to shut off the 8 gates, probably from wathching lee's chakra as he goes loutus forms.....

maybe but still lee speed right there with the gate neji wouldnt react quick anuff lee was faster then gaara's and and neji cant so lee speed would take it  |

....lol.....but he couldnt keep it up that take to much charka and lee keep comeing one come after that other in 0.5 sec and he can keep that up it like impossable

but remember it racks upto more than just speed and strength. You have to apply the ability of the ninja to adapt to situations. Since Lee can only do Taijutsu, his ability to adapt is lowered greatly.

But Neji is a master of Taijustu as well. Name the time, besides rotation, that he did anything besides hitting people.
