well, if you are still following the anime, the from what i have looked around on it seems that the neji-rocklee rivalry will be like the Kakashi-Gai rivalry, it just won't stop! I guess that lee, like his sensei, wants to prove that a person with a high drive capacity can overcome natural talent. sorry, that doesn't answer your question, but i wanted to post this up.

Lee was paying attention to Neji and figuring out on how to beat him, and he train harder then Neji. I KNOW he will beat Neji.

If Neji hits lee w/64 palms, he coulden't open his gates, they would be blocked.

oh yeah, i explained that too, duh. do you think rotation would block the strongest gate-form attack. most likely result is like Neji v Red Chakra Naruto.

I don't thnk so the rotation is to slow cpmpared to lees speed and weak compare to lees power but I like the rotation  cool move |

yeah, it is. Have you seen how Hiashi (leader of the hyuga clan) does his? he friggan makes a mini earthquake! If Neji could do that, maybe he could deflect lee then. Wait, if Neji uses his Byakugan, coulden't he kill lee in one hit?

Doesn't the gate give the chakas more power?
I probally mixed it up, because I don't remember the gate requiring chakas.

opening the gates dosen't require chakra itself, but it releases chakra into the body to perform overwhelming tijutsu attacks. If you have played UN2, lee uses this co create semi-clones of himself.
