I don't know who you're talking about -annoying being stuck so early in the series....- but I like Kakashi, even if he's not as good as the Fifth (Hokage?) you're talking about.

1- she is one of the sannin
2-medical nin, she knows how to heal herself
3- when she fought orochi come one she beat him up i mean he coudnt use any of his jutsu but still...
4-even though kakashi has sharingan and mangekyo, she would know a way to counter that...

If she was fast enough, the fifth would stand tall over the Mongekeyo. But, on the other hand, if she wasen't fast enough, there is no counter i can think of to counter a rip in the fabric of space. I think Kakashi has the speed advantage over Tsunade, and he would know that as well, and probably use lightning blade against her. but if he didn't hit the exact spot, Tsunade would just heal. Far range goes to Kakashi, but close range i have to say goes to the fifth.

So being hot makes you able to plug a hole in the fabric of space? I think not. I think that Kakashi would just have his homedogs hold her down, then Kakashi would just Tear her heart out, if they were actualy fighting, that is.
