What are you guys talking about Kakashi would win. Hear is why, think about it, Kakashi has her beat on speed for sure so he has that over her. Sure she is a medical ninja but that doesn't mean anything she doesn't have a lot of charka she proved this in the fight against Orc. She ran out of charka and couldn't heal her self. Kakashi Sharigan is the key though, with that Trusande would never be able to hit him and since he is so much faster Boom CHIDORI and she is down.

Don't even need to get in that close, though. If he does, then Tsunade can open up a fissure in the ground and stop the Chidori in it's tracks. No, Mongekeyo has a much better sucsess rate, i think

Wow. I still think kakashi can plunk Tsunade from far away. He has a cornucopia of jutsu he can use at a moment's notice. More than enough to keep tsunade from getting in close to him.

He could summon dogs to distract her, then Headhunter jutsu while she is distracted with the dogs. Or, if she summons her slug, slugs are slow, so He could suck the slug into his Magekyo ability, then to said above actions.
