Have you seen how BA Hinata gets in shipuuden? I say Hinata, because she is better than Neji by the time it counts

Well
I remember Chiyo saying, if 2 people are involved you can take out someone with Sharingan. So same probably goes for Byakugan.
Kiba + Akamaru might be able to take her. They're brute strength, and Hinata's more of a defense type I think.

Hinata would win, i think. She has Byakugan, so she can see where ever Kiba is coming from, she can use her gentle-fist style better than Neji, and Her rotation is better than Neji's as well.
