No competition - Hinata would win. Though it'd be interesting to watch Kiba get pummeled.

Well, I think that Hinata would win the the original, but in the Shippudden im gonna give the edge to Kiba. Akumaru= BA

I still think I'm gonna disagree with you guys. I mean, if anything, Hinata is stronger after the timeskip. And ALL of Kiba/Akamaru's attacks are close combat. the great thing about rotation is that it takes the enemy's momentum and uses it againt the enemy. All Hinata has to do is rotation the man-beast cyclone so that the two are seperated, then use even 32 palm hit on either Kiba or Akamaru. The thing that is both the strength and the weakness of the inuzuka clan is their affinity to their animals. If you take out one part of the two-man team, then the other is not usless, but very seriously limited on moves. Hinata, though she sometimes has a weak constitution, pulls through in the clinch most of the time, unless seriously overmatched (which, unfortunately, happens alot to the girl with no pupils). Though It would be a excelent fight to watch, I'm placing my bets on the girl from the main branch.
