I said only if lee can't finnish of Sauske while he is in lotus. I don't think Sauske could take such a savage beating, personaly. Now, shipuuden would be different. I say it's a pretty one sided battle there, for sauske is much improved after his training with Orochimaru. I think sauske would definately win if it was shipuuden.

My problem is that Lee could only beat sasuke if he went into lotus. It's kinda lame, not to mention it would be stupid to use as powerful a gate as he needed to to fight Sasuke unless Sasuke was going to kill him...

yeah, i see your point there. i wonder if lee got any faster during the time skip? I mean, he ran from the sand to the leaf as fast as he could, that's gotta be improved endurance at least!

yeah, but lee says himself that sauske is faster than he is. Well, maybe after the timeskip, since we really haven't seen much of sauske. I think Lee, with his overzealous training regimen, would maybe be faster than sauske, but only slightly.

he'd still be faster. Sasuke's training with Orochimaru was more for power than speed.

I think he could dodge it easy cuz Sasuke has to charge it up. It isn't hard to notice.
