I think sasuke will win, just because his speed and strength can now match Rock Lees plus he has the sharrigan so my pick goes for Sasuke, i like Rock Lee better.

adn say Sasuke sharigan is so freakin cheap and copycat rock lee all because has no ninja skill i say Rock lee he is faster and more non cheap and his gate would tear him a part

Sasuke is more better then Lee and Rock Lee even admitted it himself.
Rock Lee VS Negi = Negi wins
Negi VS Naruto = Naruto wins
Sasuke VS Gaara = Way better chance of winning then Rock Lee did
Don't vote Rock Lee because he is your favorite character......Sasuke had to train to gain the speed and power he copied from Lee and it only took him a month.
But Rock Lee had to train for a long and hard to obtain that speed.
Hands down I think Sasuke would whip Lee hands down.

But lee is SO much cooler than sauske, so in popularity, lee wins hands down, but we are talking about skill, aren't we? I guess sauske, though he is kinda whiny
