hell no his speed can't match his are u crazy...it just that the ninetail fox naruto is really really strong and that Rock lee alway gets the nuts end of the stick...all his fight he lost..the only one he did win was against sasuke....just saying

Well think about it......If Rock Lee is quicker then he has that match beat.....especially againt Naruto.
If Naruto can't catch his opponent then he's beat...unless he out smarts Rock Lee which is very unlikely.
