Lee won, hand down. If Naruto make multi-shadow clones, Lee can use Leaf Hurricane and got them all. Plus if they're at thier best form (such as, Naruto in his 9-tail Fox and Rock Lee opening his gate), that would be who got who first. It's depend on the advantage. So, here's my conclusion...

And If naruto literally released the nine tailed fox Rock lee wouldn't stand a chance Even with the 8 gates the 4th had to kill himself to seal the nine tailed fox but still couldn't kill him so Rock lee has 0% of winning

OK after seening episode 40 he has no chance in hell Naruto with three tails is powerful but when When the 4th tail came out he is seriously powerful and thats only the 4th orochimaru had to go to his second body and naruto didn't even hit him the power he has is incredible.Rock lee would get his ass killed if the 9th tail come out |
