Would anybody help make my naruto RP/Be staff?

I know this may be in the wrong place, but it fits nowehere else. I am planing on making a naruto RP forum, however, I don't even have the site address yet, as of now, it is nothing more then an idea, and I am looking for people to help me with it and be staff. I am most of all loking for a graphics person, since I have no graphics skills myself, however, other help is good too. The site will be set in the time of Shodaime and Madara, during the beginnings of the leaf, which means there will be only a few cannons as appose to the many ones from the time period of the anime/manga. This also means that some of the beasts will be free(such as Kyuubi). The site would allow players to experience the past of naruto and form the historical legends of the ninja world through the RP, and also, unlike so many naruto sites, you can start off as a rank other then genin(such as chunin, Jonin or Missing nin.) and yes, since the clan is not dead, OC Uchihas will be welcomed as appose to shunned.

Anyway, if anybody is interesting in making graphics for the site, or helping out in another way, please post in this thread and tell me.

Well, As I amy become main admin of this site, I may be a bit preocupied at times.

I would like to be part of this. As it will be set in the past, rules and limitations will be a bit hard-forming. I could help out with the admin stuff, but seeing as I have little to no graphics expertise myself, I don't think I could help there. But, it sounds interesting, and would like to be a part of it if I could.
