Sashiru awoke, after the best night's sleep he had had in weeks.
He rose out of bed, pulled on his clothes, tied his headband, and headed to Tsunade's office.
The 5th hokage was already there, waiting. "Good, I hope you slept well."
"Yes, thank you. You have a mission for me, correct?"
"Yes, a C level, as we have not seen how you perform. She leaned forward. "There is a rogue leaf shinobi, who needs capturing. He has seemingly decided that Konoha is too weak, and has hidden in the forest of death. We have sent ninja after him already, but have not been able to locate him."
"Could he have left the forest?"
"No, we have been keeping watch, and he has not yet left the cover of the forest."
"And you want me to find him, and bring him back here."
"Correct. I expect he will not come back here easily, but do not kill him unless you have no other choice. He could just be sick, and disillusioned."
"Understood. I'll get right on it."
Sashiru turned, and walked out of the room.
After he left the building, he lept onto the rooftops, and headed towards the forest.
