So the last character didn't work as planned, so i'm creating a new one.

Name:While in office Chronos, while as a person, Norton

Age: Unknown, ageless. When started office, he was 41

Gender: Male

Birthday: Unknown, most likely Jan. 27

Village: Sunagakure, Village Hidden in the Sand

Appreance: Chronos has short black hair that he keeps behind his cloak. His hair can change depending what jutsu he is using. He is very tan because he comes from the Village Hidden in the Sand. He wears a black long sleeved shirt and black hiking pants. He has a white cape that surrounds him at all times while performing his office. He always has his hourglass nearby, which is the source of his power. due to the nature of his office, the hourglass is indestructable. He also has a snake ring he calls Sinig, which can transform itself into a small snake with a nasty venom, and can answer yes or no questions.






1.) Bearing the Hourglass
-This jutsu allows the user to control space and time itself. While Norton has the hourglass, he can go as far back or as far forward as he wants. The trade-off for this ability is that it takes a huge amount of concentration to use it while taking someone else.

2.)Time sync
-This jutsu is only effective for chronos. As Chronos lives backward, he can use his mastery of time to sync time so that outsiders can see and understand him.

3.) Ageless Jutsu
-Similar to Tsunade's jutsu, Chronos can make his apperace as young or as old as he wishes.

4.) Forsight
-Because he comes form the future, Chronos can fortell his future, or the future that he comes from. As people react differently when they are around, Chronos' past (future) costantly changes.

5.) Null paradox
-Because he controls time itself, Chronos is immune from paradox. He can kill his father and still retain his office.

6.) Future terror jutsu.
-This Genjutsu technique alows Chronos to show a terrable future to those he wants to change for the better

7.) Impervious to Justu
-Not only does Chronos' cloak deflect most shuriken, but if he concentrates enough chacra into it, the cloak can also protect him from most jutsus. The only things it can't deflect are level 4 jutsus(rashingan, Chidori).

Background: Norton was on the edge of his life when he found the hourglass. Before he found it, he was a hiker who had nothing and was living in the parks that he loved. While walking in the forest one day, he saw a abnormal light glowing from deep in the forest. Thinking it was kids doing something they shoulden't, he went towards the light to discover the Hourglass. When he piced it up, he was whisked into the heavens, where he learned how to do his office. Chronos' major mission in life now is catalougeing the major events in a certain lifetime. Unfortunatly, Chronos lives backward, making conversations very difficult if time sync is not inacted.Not much more is known of Chronos, though his character is revealed when you talk to him.

is he good or bad or what he seem impossible to fight sound real rare

he is neutal with shades of good, but not immposable to fight. When he wants to, or if someone of great importance hits him, he will sync time and they will fight. Once inside the time sync, most of the things that chronos can do are voided, because they happen to the opponent as well. The only things independent of the bubble are the Futrue terror jutsu and the Impervious jutsu, and both of which take alot of chakra to produce. He does affet the outside world, so he is a good support character, but not good at fighting one on one.
