I know this may not be the right area, but what if Orochimaru did get Saucegay's body, and to save the lord of the emos, Naruto had to fight willy wo.....I mean Orochimaru, who was now inside of Saucegay's body. Orochimaru would have all abilities and justsu he knows, as well as Sacuegay's Sharingan and all the jutsus and abilites Saucegay knows.
So, place your bets.....

No; Itachi lived. He killed Orochimaru and took his place in Sasuke's head, intending to take over, have Eternal Mangekyo, and be a few years younger  |

hmm. interesting.
But back to the fight. If it started at a distance, and sauske couldn't see him until he reached his lv.4 fox, on brute strength Naruto wins. But then Sauske has that pesky Sharingan, so Naruto becomes normal, and susceptible to that stupid sword. Still, If Sauske gets Oroci, wouldn't it be a bit fair to assume that Naruto gets someone to help him as well?

Yeah, but you are not understanding the contenders in this fight. This battle is not Sasuke and Orochimaru Vs. Naruto, but Orochimaru inside Sasuke's body(Via his Jutsu) Vs. Naruto, hence the "what if" in the title. So technically it's just two people fighting, even though one of them is inside of another's body.

Ok, in a what if situation, could we have Jariah's ghost come in? just kidding, fo course.
If that is the case, Naruto has no hope really. I mean, With Orochi's superior techniques, and Sauske's sharingan, there is no hope for the young fox. I'm sad to say it, but Suske wins this one hands down.
