Since he turned out to be a good guy all along... it was really the rest of the clan that was evil  And now he's dead. There's no one to protect Sasuke from Madara, so all his efforts were in vein really. It kinda makes me sad. He's definitely a tragic character. What do you think? |

Itachi was awesome, period. One of the only non-villain characters I ever liked in an anime, and that is saying a whole lot. He was a a ninja that was as powerful as he was caring and unselfish, and he lived and died for his brother's sake. For that reason, I aplaude him, and for the same reason I dispise Saucegay. As Saucegay basicly gave his brother the metaphorical finger by joining madara as appose to fighting him and stopping whatever evil scheme he has planed and eventually restoring the clan and all that stuff like Itachi wanted. Itachi lived for Sasuke, and Sasuke just betrayed Itachi by going against his will and doing the wrong thing.
THAT is the only reason I hate Sasuke, because he made everything his brother lived for just go away like that, and thus made Itachi's entire life, which was lived for his brother, meaningless. He was actually one of my favroite characters in the anime untill he did what he did, now he is on the same level as Suzaku from Code Geass in my mind...........
So R.I.P. Itachi, and **** you Sasuke.

I think that Madara lied about Itachi. I think Itachi was truly evil, and him and Madara came up for a plan to kill Orochimaru, give Sasuke Itachi's Eyes, then have Itachi take Orochimaru's place within Sasuke's body, awaiting to awaken when the timing is correct, defeat naruto, take the bijuu, and have all 9 of them.

I dont hate Sasuke though, he was almost traumatised when he learned the truth.
You can hear the fangirls still crying. hell they havent stopped since like.... Sasori died.
