Since I cannot us the PM's correctly, every time I go to send it, the name changes and says something like it cannot find this user.

Like I put in the two Japanese characters Pablo has in his User name then i click 'Send' then it says there is no user called 'Pablo' when I put in the characters and capital letter at the beginning. ¬_¬;

And the other question I wanted to ask is that, how can i change the skin? Because I heard there are new skins and I'd like to see them.

I'm so not Proboard friendly. @_@

I beleive you can change the skins when you go to your profile. The profile button is on top. As for the PM's just click his name and there should be a button that has '"PM." I’m not too good on explaining so I hope this helps. If not I’m sure someone else can explain much better, I’m not too good on computer stuff.
