Well, Gaara would win if Gaara is stronger then Kankuro. Because Kankuro and Shino are on the same level. It would be this:
Gaara>Shino/Kankuro
But if Kankuro was stronger then Gaara, then...
Shino/Kankuro>Gaara
I'm pretty sure though that Gaara is stronger then Kankuro so if you're looking at it technically I'd say Gaara would win.

I dont know Shino is a hidden genies, he can take a fight and break it down and know what type of bug to use and how to win, i would say Shino but barely

Well even if Shino did put bugs in Gaara's sand, he can always crush them with the sandtomb jutsu he has. So I say Gaara would win

So I say Gaara would win Ya but he could do it like Deidara and have them inside his sand, if its a quick fight then Gaara shall win, but if it takes awhile then Shino can win because he can eat Gaara's charka with his bugs, and do a bunch of other stuff with his bugs ;D |
