to beat Neji: do a jutsu to turn small and have a poison something with you. Have a partner (for me, Kemino XD) and have them spit you out of a tube or something into his blind spot. Then you stab him in the back of the neck.
Kemino doesn't have anger issues, she likes messing with him cause he messes with Gaara. ^^
My solution to anyone: BOOT TO THE HEAD!!!!

Anyway, Neji's blind spot it nigh impossible to manipulate, especaily if he is moving his neck, trying to look for you. Besides, where is the honor of not facing someone in direct combat?

Reasoning - I am trained to fight with my hands and feet. There are multiple techniques, even with Neji, that can be reacted to, causing the battle to turn tides.
