I don't know, he could still surprise you. Just because you study your opponent intensley, dosen't mean that you truly know the extent of all their powers. I still think Neji would be a excelent challange no matter what you do. I personaly would love to fight shikamaru when he is motivated, then Neji would be next on my list.

My problem with fighting Shikamaru is that it would be a boring battle. Either You would Own or Own him right off the bat, but i say this merely out of ignorance because i have not seen anything of his but his shadow possession.

He is a excelent stratagist. he will always come up with something after he has assesed the situation, and he gets faster at that. What do you mean, you've only seen his shadow possesion? That's like saying I've only seen Neji's Byakugan!

Shikamaru has Shadow Strangle and this other thing like he makes clones of himself and the constrict around the enemy. I forget the name of it.
Personally, fighting Naruto would be cool. I mean he's the main character and he doesn't really lose. Also Lee cause of this. Fighting the Sanin would be another cool thing, All at the same time! @.@

Hey, how about fighting Temari? that would be a tough one, especialy after the time skip. She's about as smart as shikamaru, and that fan of her's is no joke.
