The skeleton was blown apart from the repeated Rasengans to the major parts of the body, and turned to dust. The scythe fell to the ground, and slammed into the earth. A memento to all the evil that had plagued the world for so many years. It gave off a aura of something not to be touched, something to be left alone.
The Limper came flying through the portal, and Itasuske looked through the portal as it was closing. a lone tear rolled down his cheek, knowing that it would be a very long time before he would see his wife's face again. He solidly squared himself, and faced his long time adversary. "So, what's it going to be," the Limper spat at Itasuske. "Are we going to be here, fighting for all eternity, the Light against the Darkness? Is that what this is going to boil down to?" Itasuske looked at the rotten face of the Limper, and sighed. "You know, The dawn comes after the dead of night. I feel like it is just about to be a brand new day,"

Nakita fell to her knees from exhustion and relief. If the Limper pulled another pull crap jack-in-the-box move, they were all done for; she had no more energy left and she doubted that Twilight had anything else. There was a sinking feeling in her chest; what the shade had told her made her worry: the Limper had gone to some random dimension where Itasuske was right now, and it was safe to be that now it was up to him to finally defeat the bastard. She looked at where to the portal was, now disappeared. "Don't get your ass killed," she said. "I'm giving you a year to get home." Nakita knew Itasuske couldn't hear her, it just felt right to say it; he probably already knew what she would say anyway.
