He looked down at kaori and she had a smile on her face which was a good sign, he liked seeing her happy, every time she gave him that smile his heart made a jump like it was trying to escape from his chest

"I'm going to protect you, no matter what"

He kissed her forehead and went back to watching over the field for any attackers

[Chronos]

A figure was in the distance, and it looked like it was getting closer. The figure was cloaked in a black coat, and looked oddly familiar.

[Twilight]

Twi gazed over the hills to see if anyone was coming, he finally spotted a person in a black cloak, wasting no time he pulled out his sabers and was ready for an attack. He waited patiently while the shadowy stranger was almost to him.

Kaori felt Twilight stir and quietly opened her eyes. She noticed the shadowy stranger but stayed on the ground, waiting for him to make the first move.

"Relax," Nakita said from in her tree, turning a page. Kemino switched to her "snake eyes" and looked at the figure. "I don't sense anything strange about it," she said, closing her eyes, having them go back to normal.

[Chronos]

As the figure got closer, more detail could be made out of him. He had a strange mask on, one with holes for the eyes, but no mouth. it seemed almost to be his face, with his hood up. the one most notable thing, though, was that he had a big hammer straped to his back.

[Twilight]

"I think we have a problem now, it looks like he has a dangerous weapon, but he hasn't taken it out yet so there might not be any cause for alarm"

Twi put his swords away and sat back down on the ground, he sighed as he watch the stranger come ever closer to the group

"you, show yourself, tell us who you are"

[Chronos]

Though he was far away, it seemed as though that the man heard twilight. He looked up, and then disapeared. Then, one second later, he reappeared right infront of Nakita. "I come in peace. And Itasuske sends his best reguards."

Nakita jumped a little at the stangers appearence. She looked this person over from over her book. How would he know Itasuske... is this some kind of trap? Nakita put her book in her bag and asked, "Who are you and how do you know Itasuske?" She had her hand near her back, just in case things went bad, she could get her sword quickly.

[Twilight]

Twilight stepped in between them

"If you have something to say to one of my squad members, you say it to me too"

Twi backed him off a bit

"So...how do you know him?"

Kaori now sat up quietly and stared at the stranger. If he knew Itasuske...

[Twilight]

"surely, you must be a friend and no threat to us if you know itasuske"

Twi put his sword away

[Chronos]

The stranger looke around. "My name is Alaric, and Itasuske has helped me in my crusades against the deamons of the immaterium. I was called by him to come and adie you in return for his services. I gladly excepted."

Nakita blinked a few times as she thought to herself. 'Couldn't he had just gone up to someone else?' she asked herself. 'I mean, am I like the automatic leader when someone knows Itasuske?' Nakita nodded and said, "Nakita's the name. If you're going to help us, talk to Alexz, he's the one in charge."
Kemino look up at where she heard the talking. For some reason she had an uneasy feeling about this "Alaric." She shook her head. Now she was just being plain stupid. But she'd have her guard up, like aways.

[Chronos]

"hmmmm, of course." He turned to face Alexz, but his eyes were locked on Nakita untill he coulden't physically see her. "Forgive me, but your current mission is to kill the Taken, correct?" He asked to all of them.
