making friends

[Twilight]

Twilight felt a sharp pain in his heart that something bad was going to happen and he needed to do everything he could to stop it. he felt there was a plot to hurt one of his friends.

*wakes up*

"what the hell"

He looked around and nakita and kaori were sleeping beside him, he looked for alexz

Nakita jerked her head up when she heard her name. "Umm yeah, I'm from the Sound." she said and then looked back at her book.
Kemino nodded. "I'm from the Sand, but I have been to the Mist on more than one occasion." she said. "I have a strange family-tree there. Now if I remember there should be 2 main entrances where people come from, the Great Naruto Bridge, and a port. Now the port is used more for trade and the bridge is more travel but also trade. I would guess that port would be less suspicious but it takes more time to get there. Now I could map out some alternatives if I did have a map... which I think I do." Kemino put her hands in a few of her pockets before getting a map out. She unfolds it more a couple of times before it was a full out map of just the Mist village and the borders. She shows it to Alexz. "You can look this over and tell me a good place and I'll see how it looks. Don't worry about how I do, I just can, that's all that matters."

[Twilight]

"God, I just had the worst dream of my life"

*he puts his hand on his heart*

"I felt a pain in my heart"

[Chronos]

From the sky, a tube with a message fell and hit Alexz in the head.

Kaori glanced over at Twilight as he held his hand over his heart. "You okay?"

[Twilight]

"I think I'll be ok but I felt a very bad pain that something was going to happen to one of us"

Twilight's breathing steadied and he hugged kaori

"I"ll be ok"

Kaori hugged him back. Outwardly she was calm but inside her mind was moving a million miles a second. "I won't ever let anything happen to my friends. I'll give my life first."

[Twilight]

"kaori, whatever happens to me, I leave everyone in your care"

*twi kisses her forehead*

Kaori nodded "Thanks for the vote of confidence but that isn't needed. I'm gonna make sure nothing hurts you."

[Twilight]

"I'm just preparing you for the worst"

Twi pulled something out of his pack

*he slipped a ring on her finger*

"if we make it out of here, would you marry me?"

Kaori's eyes went wide with shock. Of all the things that could happen this was the least expected. Her eyes watered up as she nodded vehemently.
"Ye.. Yes!"

[Twilight]

"I have a reason to believe we're going to make it now, I know you'll make a lovely bride"

Kemino made a noise between a hiss and a growl. This wasn't the time for that kind of thing.
Nakita heard the two and made a "pfft." Who needed love like that? Just having a Dad was good enough for her.

[Twilight]

"I have the strength to fight this pain now, I know we're gonna make it"

Twi gets up for his turn to watch for invaders

"get some sleep alexz, I'll watch for now"

Kaori sat on the ground leaning against Twilight as he kept guard. Her eyes started to drift closed but she had a happy smile on her face.
