Hmmmmmm...... Sage-chakra, a powerful technique that can be molded into several different forms (Rasengan) and a way to learn from his mistakes via clones vs a man with indefinable experience, a technique that can be molded into various forms (Chidori) a way to predict moves (Sharingan) and if needs must, a steel resolve to kill. Seems like Naruto would win by sage chakra alone, since it can hit people who thought they dodged the attack, and even without the fox cloak, he is probably marginally stronger than Kakashi. I think this one ends with Naruto winning by a marginal amount, if he HAD to fight his teacher.
