Mmmmmmmm, tough one. I can't make the range difference excuse because Jariah does have a fair share of far range jutsu. Though, i think you overestimate levels of nin, §-Akatsuki-§. Even though he is kage level, there are still jonin that are more powerful than Kage. They either 1) don't want the job, or 2) heven't gotten the chance to get it. Kage are powerful nin, this is true, but they are also diplomats. I can't see kakashi trying to make peace between two contries. he would be too lazy.

I would have to say a tie in this one. lol. They both are good fighters. Kakashi did become a Jounin when he was six and Jiraiya.... Well.... He's Jiraiya.

Jiraiya has way more powerful attacks, while Kakashi has a wider variety. Kakashi also has Makegyo Sharingan though, so I do wonder how Jiraiya could do anything without having his moves predicted.

Jiraiya no contest.
Kakashi is good but he wasen't even able to take down Itachi.....let alone a legendary Sonin.

yeah, but Jariah coulden't take Itachi out as well, so the point is moot.

Ya, good point but how well do you really think Kakashi would do against Jariah?....or better yet Orichimaru.....if he can't beat Orichimaru then he stands no chance against Jariah.

But, like i said before, Jariah coulden't take orochi on himself. He had the help of tsunade and Naruto. I still think that Jariah would be hard pressed to counter kakashi's Magekyo ability, plus all the jutsu that kakashi knows.

And I would call Naruto any help against Orichimaru either.
