I don't know. I mean, Choji has shown that he can be more than a challenge on more than one occasion. And he has more than just the Human Boulder. He also has those Partial and full expansion jutsus. Plus, when he does go human boulder, it would be very hard to pierce the skin. I think I'll go on the side of the Chubby guys on this one. Ten ten is a expert wepon master, but that dosen't matter when the ninja in question can ignore almost any ninja weapon when he is using his jutsus.
