Ookami Clan, third eldest under her older twin brother and sister Maruku (Mark) Merode (Melody). Their blood line was once strong but is now down only to their ‘small’ family. Their parents died when Mark and Melody turned 11, six years ago. The Clan has lived in Hidden Leaf Village all their lives. Their Clan symbol is a wolf pawprint. Their kekkei genkai is the ability to turn into a wolf. Every member has a different wolf form. Rare wolf forms are Demon wolves - black with red eyes and angels - white with blue eyes. It’s very rare to become either and only in the male blood, only one female has ever been able, to transform into a demon wolf. The Ookami Clan are peacemakers for the most part, not usually choosing to fight – though that’s what’s caused them to die out. Members have an unusually high amount of Chakra and are best in Taijutsu.
Appearance:
Mariah is usually wearing a black tank-top shirt, over top of that is a red jacket with a wolf paw print on the back and shoulders in gold. She can use both hands to fight though favors her right hand. Her black sandals have a stripe of gold running along the side of them. Mariah normally has on a pair of Capri-length black pants, they’re tight but not extremely. On her hands she wears black fingerless gloves, hiding the wolf paw print tattoos on the back of her hands. Her sandals also cover the same black paw print marks on the tops of her feet. Mariah usually has black hair and green eyes, though she can change both her hair and eye color at will, unless in wolf form. Her hair is usually down, since it’s not that long and it’s spiked up a little like her brother’s hair.

Attached to her belt is a sword, rubies are embedded into the hilt and her last name is engraved in Japanese letters in the silver blade. The blade is light, thin and swift. Her favorite weapon is her sword though she uses kunai and shuriken more often, she has deadly accuracy. She can also use bow and arrows with ease. And hardly ever is she caught without her sketch book, she draws a lot, especially people, she should have a picture of you in that book of hers, if you ever managed to get it away from her long enough to look.

Mariah, unlike her elder brother and sister can turn into both a demon and angel wolf, the only person to do so in the clan’s history. She can only be forced into her demon wolf form under mental command from her brother or sister since they turn into demon wolves.

Personality:
Mariah’s nice enough most of the time, she thrives for power, wanting to defeat her elder brother and sister one day. They left when she turned 10, a year after their parent’s death, leaving her to take care of her younger brothers and sisters, most of which are adopted.
Usually she’s level headed, laid back and quiet, not talking much and preferring to listen. She gives her opinion strongly and doesn’t really care what anyone thinks but will respect people’s feeling, trying not to hurt them. Mariah can be cold at times though tries to remain kind and welcoming.

History:
Mariah’s family was once large and well known; now that the clan’s all little kids they’ve basically disappeared off the face of the earth. The clan had always been good friends with the Uchiha Clan – they still are. Mark and Melody both are members of Akatsuki and Mariah has been good friends with Sasuke since they were little.
Her parents died in a battle with a neighboring country. She doesn’t know exactly how they died, only that it was during a battle – she doesn’t even know which land it was, so she has no one to blame.
Mariah now spends her time getting stronger, waiting for a day when she can find her brother and sister again and finally find out who killed her parents…
*Yeah the whole seeking revenge for her parents and finding her siblings is kinda Sasuke-ish but IDK. Tell me to change it if it’s a bad idea…
