Haku will win obviosly Rock Lee. No one survives from Hakus Crystalmirror jutsu and he can make ninjutsu handsings just single hand and Haku is the fastest character.

Well, I don't know about "fastest". Haku's claim to fame is "The Human Eye cannot track my movements," while Lee has the same speed, and even more so when he is in lotus forms. Though it takes a severe toll on his body, lee could break all the mirrors, thus getting out of Haku's jutsu. I think lee has this one, but Haku is a exceptional ninja as well.

Sharingan can't copy haku's jutsu.'cause he has gekkei genkai, but does Lee think he's a girl if he would seen him  |

Quite possibly. He is about as knuckleheaded as Naruto when it comes to discerning men from women. But i don't think that would stop him if it was a tornament style fight. Especially if haku struck first. And remember, even the Sharingan (Well, it was only 2 tomoes, but still, he had it active,) couldn't track the movement of lee, and that was with the weights on. It would be a good fight, don't get me wrong, but i still think lee has this one.
