Yah. If Sauske has 3 tomes, it's over even if Neji could get in close. Combined with the curse mark, Neji is gone. But if Neji catches Sauske by surprise and does execute a 64 palms, then the match is over just as quickly. It depends on who gets the first strike(haha, Magic), so i think this argument will be a stalemate.

I don't know it's pretty close but I have to say neji, he'd block off sasukes chakra and he'd be unable to do the shaingan

If he could get him in time....Sasuke has a lot of abilities....not just the sharingan. We've already determined there are too many factors and that both could win under certain circumstances.

the only way that sauske would get in close is if he is using chidori. Other than that, sauske is smart enough to keep his distance
