Time for a new beginning

[Chronos]

Axel's hair, if it were possible, tured even brighter red. "Let go of her, you fatheads! I mean, what, You would kill a unborn, just to prove your point?" He started making furious and signs with his right hand, which was behind his back. His left hand rested on his head, almost in annoyence.

Itasuske made his way through the dense foliage. "This is a planet called Terresta. Here the species have evolved into a humanoid life- form that speakes through telepethy. That is why I created these masks. Not only do they block our facial expresion, but it will transfer your speach by mouth into speach by mind," He kept walking, then was bowled over by something that looked like a overly large snake.

[Twilight]

Konan stepped forward.

"Axel, stop what you're doing. I'll take him on. that's my wife he's threatening"

Twilight and Caleb shot all their energy into Konan and seven tails bursted out of konans chakra soul

Konan: "You think you can just kidnap me, then not fight me? that's not how it works. And I won't have you threatening my unborn son!"

Konan rushed with speed never seen before knocking deidara away from emi and up into the sky where he started landed a barrage of assaults. All twilight, caleb, and hiro could do was look up and stare with awe at the immense power coming from konan.

Konan: "It's...OVER!" he shot deidara straight into the ground.

Meanwhile...Twilight had gone over to amaya to see if she was alright.

Twilight: "Amaya? are you alright?" he sensed that two of her ribs were broken. a silver light shot from his finger and her ribs were healed.

Amaya coughed a little and sat up. "Thanks Twilight," she said. She felt somewhat dizzy, but she was used to it, thanks to training with her brother. But her body was still sore; something that couldn't be helped. She turned her head to Twilight and asked, "What do we do now? Just sit here and wait?"
Emi was to the side, catching her breath. She had never felt so scared in her life. And it wasn't even her life in danger. She watched Konan in the sky. To tell the truth, it was horrifing. The Konan up there was, to put it blankly, a monster. The man she fell in love with was kind and stupid. She hated seeing Konan like this, even if it was to protect her. "Konan, stop!" she said, in almost a whimpering voice. "Just stop... please."

Nakita nodded her head, half-listening to what her husband was saying. What caught her attention was him sent flying by the giant snake. She laughed. but jumped to Itasuske's side. "Do you have an explination for this?" she asked, half-laughing, and helped him up.

[Twilight]

Konan stopped short as soon as he heard Emi's voice

"Sorry emi dear. I just lost control I guess"

he rubbed the back of his head and giggled as he walked over to see if she was ok

Itasuske had a dazed look on his face. "No..... I have no clue what that was, but it can't be good," he said, with a look of concern on his face. That species was not native to this planet. This mission was going to be more complex than he first thought.

Gil was watching from a small distance. He could notice that Itachi and Kisame were starting up.....something. He decided that the best thing to do was to seperate the two teammates. He quickly teleported next to Kisame, grabbed him, and quickly teleported to dimentia space. "Now it's just you and me, fish-boy," gil said.

Axel saw what happened to Kisame, and saw a open opportunity. But as soon as Axel looked at Itachi, He felt......different. He looked around, and saw that he was no longer in the forest. It just looked like a blasted wasteland, almost like Dimentia space looked like (he had never told anyone that he had gone there,). But he turned around, and he saw not Gil, but Itachi. Axel backed up, terrified. But as soon as he did, he bummped intosomething else. It was a giant wall, so he had no route for escape. He tried to make a fire jutsu, but it was like had forgoten everything he had been taught. He looked up, as Itachi came slowly to his position, and was instantly stabbed in both of his arms and both of his legs, effectively pinning him to the wall. "You made the mistake," said Itachi, "of underestimating my team," as he said this, another sword pierced into what felt like his pancreas. "Now you will feel the pain that you tried to inflict upon us. Enjoy it. For it can only get worse from there," he continued, and Axel felt another sharp pain coming from his feet.

Emi just glared behind Konan, at Deidara. She had her hands open, ready to rip his soul out if needed. "Just what is it that you guys are really after? If it was the Kyuubi then you should had taken it long ago."
"It's really quite simple, yeah," Deidara said, wipeing away blood from his mouth with his sleeve. "We want you to come back."
"Didn't we go through this long ago Deidara?" Emi growled. "I am not going back!"
"Hang on let me finish, yeah?" His blue eye rolled. "You only stay until you have the kid and then you're free to go back."
Amaya had gotten to her feet at this point. She just started at the blonde Atastuki member. Emi was about to take out his soul but Amaya said, "What a minute. This whole thing is over an unborn child? Doesn't sound like world domination to me."
"It's not my idea, yeah."
Emi glanced back at Amaya, wondering what the young girl was thinking.
"Let me guess. Your leader or whoever wants you to get Emi back the the Akastuki so that you can be there for when she gives birth. And then you guys take the kid and train him to be evil or whatever you guys do." Deidara stared at her. She was like, what, 10? And she was basically listing off the exact orders. "But who says that the child would have Emi's abilities? As I see it, it's a thing that only Emi can do. Then all the work the you had accomplished, if by some miracle you did, would had gone to waste."

Nakita stared at Itasuske. "You did say that you been here before right?" She looked back at the giant snake. It didn't look that threating... to her at least. "So the plan is to get rid of it, I'm guessing. That shouldn't be too hard."

[Twilight]

Konan stepped in front of Emi

"you're not taking my wife Deidara, and you're not walking out of here alive"

Twilight had joined by his brothers side

"You piss off one uzumaki. get ready to tackle the whole clan"

Caleb appears next to his uncle and father

"And even if you had an army. you'd still lose the fight"

Hiro moved next to his best friend

"And an enemy of the uzumakis is my enemy"

(So, I guess Axel's just going to get mentally killed by Itachi, then?)

Itasuske shook his head. "No, we need more information. And that thing was no ordinary snake, either. To me, it felt.....ailen. But we will find out more, I am sure." He walked through some more of the forest, and got to a clearing. What he saw was....carnage. He looked, and saw golden spires on fire, gilded buildings curmbling to their foundations, the few bulidings still standing had people on them firing some sort of laser from a rifle at things that looked similar to the snake that ran over Itasuske, but they had 4 legs, sharp claws and acidic drool comg from their mouths. Itasuske looked in horror at the sight, and leaped into action. At the nearest building, he whiped out his scythe and cut four heads off the attackers. He could hear telepathic cries for help within the building, which he went into to answer.

Axel cried for help, but he knew that none would come. So this was the power of Tsukiyomi that his father warned him about. He was pinned up against the mountainside with hundreds of swords sicking out of him. He was about to just relent, just die. Let the pain go. He looked up, and fell to the gound. But this ground wasn't like the rocky gravel his hands were used to. It felt like grass. His eyes looked empty, like they had no purpose. But he looked, and saw that his teammates were off in the distance talking to Deidara. He knew that he couldn't reach them and layed his head down. Finnaly, he felt no pain, and could not even fell the grass anymore.......

((Well it was Tsukiyomi, no one could do anything about it. It takes one second in the real world to do. If there was a way I would had done it.))

Deidara stood there. They were right, he was going to die if he continued fighting. He didn't think that they could take on Itachi and Kisame, but who knew. Emi could take care of them in a snap. "Alright then."
Emi was surprised at what Deidara said. "What?" Was he really giving up?
"I don't feel like dying today, yeah," Deidara said. "So we'll leave, for now yeah. I'm warning you guys, you'll have to deal with more later, yeah." And then he turned and started to leave; Itachi soon following.
Emi stood there for a second, half not beliving that they left. She quickly sensed the area for their souls, but the only thing she got was from the distant figures. With relief, she hugged Konan tightly.
Amaya sighed, glad that the fighting was over. She smiled to herself, making a head count. Emi, Konan, Twlight, Caleb, Hiro, herself.... Where was Axel?! She looked around, not seeing her brother. "Axel?" she called out. Only the natural noises of the forest reached her ears. "Brother?" A heavy weight fell in her stomach. What happened to him? Amaya summoned up all the chakra she could to locate her brother. She felt it, by it was serverly faint. Immeaditly she took off running in the direction of Axel's chakra.
"Axel?!" she called out, looking around. Her imagination went off the the worst possiblities. Then she saw her brother, laying on the ground. "Axel!" She fell to her kneees next to him. She started to shake him. "Axel, please get up!"

Nakita took one look at the place and said, "Damn. These guys aren't playing around, whoever they are. Nor know any manners." She watched Itasuske leap away and kill the guys. "Itasuske wait!" she called at him as he ran off. She rolled her eyes as he disapeared from her sight. She still didn't know who's ass she was supposed to kick. And then she heard the crys in her mind. She leaped to the building that her husband went into and followed the crys.

[Chronos]

He heard her sister's distant voice calling his name, but he didn't want to answer. Here, where he was, it was quiet. No worries about Akatsuki, no trying to dodge out of work so he could have fun, no problems whatsoever. He liked it here, in the quiet dark. He shied away from his sister's voice when she called for him again, wanting to withdraw back into the blissful silence. But, as he drew closer to the darkness, He saw.......something. It looked like himself, only.....pale. His hair had no color in it, no fire in the look. It made him feel ridiculed. Fire blazed in his hands, and he threw it at the fake. But as he did, he heard the sounds of the forest, and the touch of grass, the feel of his sister shaking him. He knew that this could not be the end. There was more to his story. He groaned from all the pain he now felt rushing through his system, and whispered "shut up, you make my head ache....." to his sister in a barely audiable voice.

As the fires died down, the reptiles(?) killed, and the people saved, Itasuske went to the most familiar voice. It was the leader, or so he looked with his posture a bit more upright, his clothes a bit less tatered than the rest. "Thank you, travling one," he said in a "public" voice, "You have saved us once again." Itasuske nodded, and pointed to the slain creatures. "What are these things?" he spoke in voice and mind. "We do not know. Only recently have we been invaded by these.....things. We are training our warriors to combat them, but there are so many of them, and so few of us," the leader said, pointing to the warriors in golden armor, with long, wicked blades protruding from each arm-plate. Itasuske thought, then said, under his breath so it would not be transfered in the mind link, "What do you think of this, Nakita? It seems strage, for these are normally a peaceful people. Why would someone invade here?"

Tears weld up in Amaya's eyes when she heard her brother's voice. She hugged him losely, making sure not to hurt him. "You're ok," she said, mostly to herself. She snuggled into his body, starting to cry. "Please... Don't go alone anymore..."

Nakita, after catching up to Itasuske, thought. "Sounds like something that Dad would want to do," she mummbled, feeling slight pain. Even after all these years, it was still hard to think of her father as dead. "I mean, if you were someone that wanted land and power, you'd go after the places that you knew had no real way of defending itself. Take out the weak first, build your number and gain intelligence about surronding places, then go after the slightly stronger ones, and so on." Her mind wondered back to her childhood, listening her to her father talk with Kabuto about their next move. It felt so long ago, but, at the same time, like yesterday. She was glad about having this mask on, Itasuske wouldn't be able to see her sadness.

[Chronos]

Axel still couldn't move, but made evry effort to move his arm, which lifted half-way then fell again. "You know me, whenever there is something stupid to do, I'm the first to volunteer. Got it memorized?" he said, pointing at her head. He chuckled a little, and added, "You know, even though I didn't want you to follow me, I guess it came in handy. Thanks for being a pain in the neck," and with that, he fell asleep.

Itasuske, though he couldn't see Nakita's pain, could still feel it. He was her husband, after all. "Right. But, we need to find the culprit of these attacks. It looks like those things came in from the west," he said, pointing at the stampeeded brush that had a obvious mass movement come through. "We should follow the path. Will you be ok?" he added the last psionically, addresing the leader. The leader nodded, and added,"We will be fine. Be sure to return if you need to rest. The jungle can be dangerous." Itasuske nodded, and motioned Nakita to follow him.

Amaya just smiled at her brother. It was true, he always was the first to do something. Gently, she picked up her brother onto her back. After a quick adjustment, she carried him back to where the others were.

Nakita nodded. "Take out the brain, you take out the body." And she followed Itasuske. "Did you hear anything about an enemy last time you were here?" she asked.

[Twilight]

Twilight walked over to amaya and axel

"Don't move him yet amaya, I need to treat his injuries even though they're mental my twilight sharingan can repair them"

Twilight closed his eyes and instead of his regular byakugan it was a silver sharingan and he placed his hands over axels body and chanted the names of the hand signs

Konan who had been gone from home for a few days took this oppurtunity to kiss emi and kiss her good like he'd been gone for over a year

"Did you miss me?"

Caleb was just inraged, his teammate was injured and it was all those akatsuki bastards faults, he wanted to rip them to shreds, his fists were balled up in anger and shaking, the chakra flow was through the roof for those that could sense it in the area

Twilight looked over and his son and konan looked down at his nephew

"calm down" they both said at the same time, then laughed about it

Twilight smiled

"Well axel, you were a real trooper, you'll make chunin very fast i think, you'll be able to move those body parts in just a few days"

Amaya rubbed her eyes, trying to hide her tears. "Thanks Twilight," she said.
Emi hugged Konan tightly and nodded. "Please don't go off anymore," her voice said only to him. "I need you to be with me... With us..."
While Caleb was having his outrage, Amaya, seeing that her brother was in care, walked over to him. "Caleb, it's over. They're gone and we got your dad and uncle back. There's no more need to be angry." She was semi-convinced that he wouldn't listen to her so she was ready to punch him if he aruged.
