Well, Ino would have a less effective advantage by using her Mind jutsu and that would only last for a short time and when that's over. Temari would easily finish her with a blow without Ino even having to prepare her next attack.

I definitely do not agree! Ino is way smarter than Temari and could definitely find a way around Temari's fan and her only jutsu isn't Mind control either, she has her perfusing of flowers jutsu from U2! Ino would definitely win, no doubt!
