Jin had came when that happened. Jin ran up to Konan as Jin saw Konan waking up. "Konan? We told you.... she was going to destroy your soul. I will not let you go to win her heart ever again", he said.

Gil "felt"the soul stealing, and wasn't there in time to help Konan, but kept tracking Emi to get retribution. Once she stopped, she was going to face him. He knew SOMETHING like this would happen. He just needed a way to protect his soul......

Emi was sitting under a tree trying to calm herself down. For some reason, there was a feeling in her chest that wouldn't go away. 'What's going on with me?' she asked herself. What did Konan do to her. There was no he could have done anything, but... what was the cause of this feeling? It made her want to throw up.

Jin blocked Konan from going any farther. "Don't go any farther", Jin said making sure no one was behind him.

"I knew that you were up to no good....." Gil's voice rang where Emi was sitting. "Not that I particularly care for my teammate, but all the same, I knew that you were something out of the ordinary." He stepped out of thin air right in front of Emi's face. His arms were a blazing crimson red. Same with his feet. "Now, I think I'm gonna make you pay." Two large, chakra-based hands punched Emi. One went right to the face, while the other went for her gut.

Konan finally reached back and punched Jin in the face making him let go
"I said......GET OFF!"
Konan took off running looking for Emi again

Enaci had gone to follow Konan herself and had seen Emi steal his soul. She had been about to attack Emi when she saw her put the soul back. That stopped her cold. What could possibly make her change her mind like that? Cold-blooded killers didn't usually hesitate or change their minds. Enaci sat back a second and thought. Maybe Konan had some sort of effect on her. When Emi left Enaci followed to see what would happen.

Jin was left in the forest alone. Jin was still trying to get up when he saw Konan in the distance. Jin raced after him.Jin stopped. He let Konan slowly slip away. "I'm sorry Enaci sensai, but he needs to pursue his own destiny and fail by himself", Jin said sadly.
