Yeah, however when the creator of the manga says he's dead, I don't think that any more prof is needed. I mean, the words of the person who writes the story, and has compleat control of what is said and done with it and decides who lives and who dies in the storyline is at least in my book even better evidence then a corps. I know he may change his mind, but as of now, he has not said anything along those lines, and has said that he is dead. So I shall continue to believe that Pervy Sage is dead until the person who killed him, Kishi, says otherwise. Anyway, I would rather not debate this any further, so I shall end it by saying that we can agree to disagree? Agreed?

But is the creator really going to say "I made it look like Jiraiya died to totally shock everyone when he returns... oops, now you know."

As I said, I will agree to disagree. Trust me, Kishi is a master of breaking hopes(as he disappointed a whole lot of people when he threw Tobito out the window, and he really took a blow to me personally as well when he made the Uchiha Tengu Theory(which I was a huge proponent of.) completely impossible.), so even though you feel this is what is true, the Pervy sage will most likely stay dead. However, the reason that there is no corps may be because he is a part of Pein now(seeing as how he lost a body(which he will not be getting back because it is with the leaf researchers(as seen in the most recent manga.)), so you may still get your wish to see Jiraya again, however, he will most likely, if anything at all be another Pein body.

That's actually a part of my theory. And as a part of that theory, Naruto frees Jiraiya from Pein's grasp. See, those spikes are obviously how Pein takes control of bodies and Jiraiya had 5 in him the last time we saw him. Before I saw the effect of those spikes, I found it peculiar how Pein's "piercings" appeared to be protruding from his body rather than attached like regular piercings. It seems to me that they spread through the host and that's how Pein controls the body. I believe the autopsy will reveal this and the info will be passed to Naruto. Then when faced with his former master, Naruto will use the Rasenshuriken to free him. How? If you recall what happened with Kakuzu, the Rasenshuriken attacked the opponent on a cellular level, severing his nerves and rendering him immobile. If Naruto used the Rasenshuriken it will most likely destroy the Pein Parasite inside of Jiraiya. I also believe this corresponds with the interview where Kishimoto said the 8-tails attacks the Akatsuki, killing one and blinding another, and then attacks Konoha.

Well, all I can say is that it would be a big surprise to find the Toad Sage again. If he does show up, i think that it will probably be dramatic.

Well, part of my theory seems to have gone awry, however the second part is still feasible if that interview with Kishimoto was true.
And all in all, I will continue to doubt Jiraiya's supposed "death" until I see his corpse.

Then you may have to wait for a long time boys. there are two reasons why.
1:Zetsu DEVOURS corpses, remember?
2:Pein might have taken it over. Maybe.
