Neji Why?
His byakugan Is one of the Best genkai kenkai in the Naruto Series.
In my Own Opinion i think the sharingan isnt Has Good Has Byakugan. Neji is a powerful Ninja With Good Jutsu Like Kaiten,64 Palms, and gentle Fist

My all-time fav is Gaara, because he suffered the most of the worst kind of pain known, the kind that dosen't just heal--the kind of pain that comes from no physical wound. He is my favorite because he not only felt this pain but overcame it with but a little hope that he may one day be loved. btw, Whats With All The Caps? writin a title or somethin?  |
