does it realy matter in the grand plan of all things? who cares if somone cusses or not. that is their perogative. anyone who wants to encroach on that inalienable right is trying to be a dictator.

Ok, basic translation.
You can't stop a person from cussing, because it is their right to do so. If you try to stop a person trying to excercise that right, you are trying to morph people into something that they are not. So age does not matter, if a person wants to cuss, let them. It will not matter in the end.
