Kiba is an ok character, there's no other beast justsu users so they had to throw him into the bunch, but naruto's chunin exam battle with him was so hilarious

yeah...Kiba fought that freaky dude with the two heads...even though Kankuro had to save him but still. It gets reversed later. haha He isn't a side character as much as Ten Ten though. She really has no real point in Naruto. I mean they really don't go into her that much. They seem to go into the others a bit more.
