Even though Rock Lee is a little slower then the "new" characters does not mean he's overrated.

It's pretty funny how with any show, videogame, or anything that can gain a fan base will always have those "fans" that will bag on at least one character.
Resident Evil = Leon too Overrated
Naruto= Rock Lee overrated
that's just 2 examples of a videogame and an anime.

my most favorite character would have to be pein because his eyes known as Rennegan are the tightest thing ever and becuse he is the leader of akatsuki.
