Death, no longer blinded by hindsight, reacted, moving with speed that would leave Lee in the dust, got out of the range of kaori's Rashingan. He called to Mortis, who dissapered, and reappeard next to him, leaving Nakita on the ground. He then threw his Scythe at Nakita, made a few hand signs, and there were three after Nakita, and three after Kaori. "By the way, these are no ordinary Scythes, these track you and only you, so shadow clones won't work to help you dodge these!"

'I was right to come along.' Nakita wrapped her tongue around the handle of the sword and pulled out kunai and shuriken with her hands. She quickly had her tongue go behind Death and made a move to cut his cape off, while dodging the scythes. Easier said then done. She had to watch the scythes that were after her as well as her tongue. 'Wait a second... where's Sarutobi? Hopefuly he'll pop out when Kaori or I need him...'

Kaori concentrated and heated the air around her to a temperature that would melt the weapons. She told Nakita to run and did the same to the air behind her. The her hair switched to silver as she pulled on moon power. It was time for her specialty, a frozen rasengan.

[Chronos]

Death laughed "You cannot melt my scythes! Nor can you rip my cloak! Both are impervious to anything that humankind has developed!" Death grabbed Nakita's tongue and reeled her in to grab her. "What's the matter, Death got your tongue?"

Sarutobi, realizing that they were in deep trouble, started meditating, chanting and making slow hand signs. With all the chakra he was gathering, the ground began to quake, a little.

Kaori sighed and freezed her hands. Both were covered with a thick, strong layer of ice. She made a clone and itran at Death and struck out at his wrist hoping to get him to let go of Nakita's tounge. She herself was still trying to dodge the weapons.

'Damnit! wait I could use this...' Nakita grabed her tongue with both hands and pulled with all she had. Somehow Death stumbled a few steps. 'Didn't know I was that strong.. oh well.' Before Death could regain his balance she threw one of her poisoned kunais at his upper arm. Then she quickly back-bended to move out of the way of a scythe behind her, unaware where the other two were.

"What's this, a Rashingan? Well, i must say i'm impressed, but death does not stand idly by!" The whole time they had been dodging the weapons, there were literaly invisable strings tying them up. "Close!" The jutsu sealed, both of them were tied up. "Now that both of you have your hands tied, i can deal with that old fossil." Death strode up to Sarutobi, who was in a deep meditative state. "Now, if you don't mind....." death reached inside Sarutobi, and then looked surprised. *Poof* The third had used the oldest trick in the book, a substitution jutsu.Out of nowhere, The third was behind Death. "Where do you think you were looking? Konoha sacred secret tijutsu: one millon years of pain!" Not only had Sarutobi done a thousand years of pain, but he also lit his fingers on fire and when death was falling, Sarutobi made a mud wall, which made Death bounce, then with the bounce, Death was kicked in the balls, which already had been weak, by a giant stone boot, which sent him flying right back to Sarutobi.

while this was happening, Sarutobi had released Kaori and Nakita. "Kaori, you know what to do." Sarutobi said to her.

Kaori watched Nakita move before the clone could even reach her. Kaori smirked and pulled out her tainted senbon and sent them at Death. Her clone ran behind him and Kaori started to move dodging the scythes. She pulled out her daggers and lengthened them with ice. She held off the scythes with one dagger and charged.

Kaori nodded. She charged at Death and jumped, grabbing his hood and pulling it open. In the mean time she strengthened the sun so it glared directly in Death's eyes, causing him to go blind for a time. "He's all your's Sarutobi." Kaori yelled

Nakita was having a fit in her mind... not that she wasn't greatful for the help but being saved... made her feel like crap. She retracted her tongue in her mouth, dropping her sword in her hand, which she returned to its hidden sheath. She lazily dogded a scythe and took out a vile in her pocket, one that she got from Kabuto's room last night. X3 She wonder what was in it. The sefoom-green liquid swished around the small container. It was some sort of poison, she knew that much from the smell of it. 'I wonder... sure man-made things can't destroy the cape... what about acid poison.' Before getting ahead of herself, Nakita opened the vial and dip the tip of a kunai in it. Then she threw the kunai at a scythe's handle. She flashed a cocky-smile (looks like one of tsunade's *cough-hint-cough*). Quickly she dogded the blade that was still coming at her. As she did she dipped two more kunai and then threw them at the other two scythe's handles. She jumped away from the other two blades and watch as Kaori pulled off Death's hood.

When Kaori pulled back death's hood, a person's head, not a skull, was what they saw. The man was about 40-ish, who looked like he was evil, like Itachi. Sarutobi jumped up, then stuck a small, ornimental katana into the man's head. When they all landed on the ground, Chronos walked up to Sarutobi. "Put the cloak on, Sarutobi, for it is your duty now to collect souls in limbo and send them to their afterlife."

Chronos walked up to Nakita and Kaori, "Good job, i honestly didn't think you would be so good. Well, I have more things to do now, and i must leave you, but i will get someone to replace me." With that, both Sarutobi and Chronos disappeared, and a guy in his early 20s took their place. "Hi, i'm Itasuske Hyuga." The first thing that was noticeable about him was that his left eye was that of a hyuga, while his right eye was that of a uchiha w/o sharingan.

Nakita raised an eyebrow. "Itasuske? Sounds like Itachi and Sasuke mixed..." she said. Then she growled, "That reminds me of Dad, which reminds me of Kabuto. I'm going to have a lecture soon." She put the lid back on the vial, already her head was spinning from the smell, and returned it in her pocket. She also was disapointed that Sarutobi left, she wanted to ask him if he knew that Orochimaru had a kid.

He watched through the trees from his hiding spot. He had saw the whole fight. Sarutobi alive?! He was positive that Orochimaru-sama killed him. Asking Nakita what the fight was about was on top of his list. Kabuto did handsigns and transported back to Sound village before he got caught. He made his way to his lords chambers.

"Not those two mixed, but i'm pretty sure that i have Itachi's blood in me. I also most likely have Neji Hyuga's blood in me, i know that Orochimaru wanted the perfect body and mind." Itasuske looked around "Where, when am I? Has Naruto become Hokage yet?

"Woah wait Dad?! When did he have you planed?" opps. Nakita forgot to to hold the dad part. As far as she knew her father didn't have anything like this planned. It was all about Sasuke this and Sasuke that and destroy Konaha.
