And, here is a new part, for those of you still wanting more of Itasuske.
He coughed dryly. The fall usually had this effect on him, but he was nervous all the same. "What are we doing here?" the other said, in his usual impatient tone. "Relax, old friend. We are here to make sure that I get here in the first place." His familiar black cloak rustled in the wind. His scythe still hidden, though it need not be. Though he was a bit convinced that he was getting WAY to old for this sort of thing. "Still, don't you think you should bring Kaori or Nakita to this fight as well? I mean, back in the day I would love to go up against our opponents. But now? We are both old men, Itasuske..." The other sighed, knowing that he didn't have any feelings behind his own words. He was looking forward to this up coming fight. He was about to fight not only orochimaru, but possibly three Anbu that didn't know that they were there. He just quivered with anticipation. "By the way, what DOES Nakita think about this?" Itasuske closed his eyes, his age probably showing, if he didn't have his mask on. "She's dead. Old age has a tendency of doing that, you know. We were both over 110 years old. I have just lasted longer because of my unique ability. It matters not." He swiftly turned to his old friend. "Now, we have to go," he said. Twilight nodded his head, and let Itasuske lay a hand on him. In a instant they both blinked out of exsistence.
The sun rose from where they could see it. Azami looked at the sun, and kicked Takashi awake. "Wake up, we have a ransom to pawn off," she said. Takashi rolled in his napsack, and groaned. "Man, it's like 7 in the morning. 5 minutes, please?" he complianed. Azami shook her head, and walked over to Relic, who was standing by a tree. "'Morning," she said to him. He grunted in response, and raised a hand in greeting. Azami looked out to the forest, and noticed that several trees were missing. "What happened last night?" she asked. Relic shrugged, and pointed to Hajime's tent. "I would ask him, of all people," he said. Nakita, it seemed, was still sound asleep. Better for them, really, that way she wouldn't make too much noise. She walked over to Hajime's tent, and saw that he was either meditating or asleep. She decided not to wake him, and walked over to a different tree. "Now, Orochimaru, you will give me what is mine."
Orochimaru had his best men gathered. Along with Kabuto, they totaled 14 people. "Now, scour the forest! let no stone go unturned. and if I am the first to find them, then at the end of the day half of you shall die by either their swords or mine," he pulled out his sword for more effect. "Now, go!" They all bowed briefly, then set off. Kabuto stayed behind with his master. "You know you will probably find them first, with Nakita having that scent that only you can pick up." Kabuto said. "Yes, but death can be a powerful motivator, don't you think?" Orochimaru chucled to himself.
Still sleeping, Itasuske was having the strangest dream. A man with a Black cloak was running along through the trees. He had one red eye, and one grey. He tossed and turned in his sleep, then woke suddenly. He expected someone around him, but saw no one. Confused, and still tired, he lied back down and went to sleep.

Both Twilight and Itasuske landed in the clearing that they once were at, though things were a bit different. The trees seemed greener, somehow. "We are in the past, ya?" Twilight asked, rhetorically. Itasuske grunted, and started walking west, where he knew he needed to go. "So, Itasuske, why so silent? I mean, you usually explain the timeline and what we can't do in situations like this. What's up?" Itasuske remained silent for a bit, but then spoke briefly. "This place....... it is the same forest where I saw my first death. I had never seen anyone die before, and in this forest is where I saw a man die. I was only 10 at the time. Do you understand why I have some sort of reverence for this place?" Twilight soot a bit dumbfounded, so Itasuske continued. "We must hurry, the fight will start up soon."
It was 10 am. Nakita blinked awake, wishing she could use her hands to shield her face from the sun. "Missssstresssss....." she heard softly in her ear. she would have been startled, but it was only Nutmuncher. "News?" she wispered, moving her lips a little as she could. "Your father issss on the hunt for you. It will only be a matter of time before he findssss you," Nutmucher hissed. Well, she considered to herself, knowing dad, it would be much more than just her father searching for her. She sighed, and whispered the unsummoning words, and Nutmuncher was gone.
Azami walked over, and saw that Nakita was awake. She went and kicked Takashi awake one more time, and this time he sat up and started gathering his stuff together. Relic slept in the forest, so there was little to nothing for him to pick up. It seemed that Hajime was awake as well, for his tent was down and he was stretching next to a nearby tree. Azami walked up to Nakita, and picked her up to her feet. "Come on, kid, we need to go see your father," Azami said. Nakita shot her a look that would have killed her five times over if looks could kill. But she started walking nonetheless. The group of them walked close to one another, lest they be ambushed.
Three shadows leaped through the forest. Three Anbu Operatives swifty and silently made their way to the location. The leader could feel that they were getting close to their destination. Suddenly, he heard one of his teammates cry out. He looked behind him, and he saw that Dog was on the ground. He stopped, and motioned Bird to follow him. Cat and Bird both went and examined their teammate. To their surprise, all Dog was doing was pointing at the trees. "What are you......" was all Bird could say before two bodies flew from the trees, and in short order took out the other two Anbu agents.
"Man, that was the legendary Dog, Cat, and Bird? Kind of a let down, if you ask me," Twilight said, while they were walking to the place Itasuske knew very well. "Well, we gave them no chance to respond. Belive me, the last thing you want is Shikamaru thinking against you," Itasuske said. "It's good that we incapacitated them. How long will they be out with that Jutsu you used?" Twilight asked. "About a day," Itasuske replied shortly. He coughed uncontrolably, and fell to the floor. Twilight ran behind him, and helped him up after the coughing subsided. "You okay?" Twilight asked. Itasuske made a dry chuckle. "No", he said, "You know as well as I that we probably won't come back from this mission," Itauske told Twilight. Twilight looked at the floor, and nodded. "You know, after all those suicide attempts to save every one, it seems like I finaly get a chance to die in the glory of battle." Twilight said. He let Itasuske go, and they both walked a bit longer, untill Itasuske asked, "What about Kaori? Does she know that you won't be coming back?" Twilight nodded, then made a sardonic smile. "You know, Kaori is as old as I am, and we are all knocking on death's door. I'm pretty sure it won't be too much longer till she will join me anyway." He held back tears, and walked on.

Azami stared at the open sky. Though they were in a forest, she found a clearing that they could see Orochimaru's hideout at. She was a bit nervous, for she knew the power that the legendary sannin had. But she was confidnet that she had the perfect barganing chip for her creation. She heard a rustle, and looked in the location of the sound. To her surprise, she couldn't see or even track that anything was there. It must be a trick of the wind, she convinced herself. He continued to stare at the base ahead of her, and waited in anticipation.
The lookout sighed as he was relieved that the woman wasn't persuing him. It was a good thing that his special properties allowed him to blend in to the surounding area witha mere thought. He must go tell lord Orochimaru immediately, he thought. He was about to leave, when he blindly ran into another person. he was about to yell out, when he saw that it had been Orochimaru's assistant, Kabuto. He was about to relay the message, when he spotted the pale face of Orochimaru, and immediately knelt. He did not want to speak, but motioned to the clearing ahead. Orochimaru made a thin smile, then seemed to disapear. Kabuto, though, was still there, and was making handsigns. The lookout was doing the same, when he saw feathers falling form the sky. With another thought, he was unconcious.
"A pity," Kabuto thought, as he finnished his jutsu. "If he had been here two minutes earlier, he would have been early enough." Then he sighed, and followed his master.
Itasuske woke again, and saw the same kid who had been fighting the night previous. He got to a stealth position behind a bush, and saw that he had company. A woman, who seemed to be in her mid twenties with red hair was standing in the front of the formation, with a man who was OLD. He looked like he was about as old as time itself. He looked away from the man, and saw another man. He looked like a regular Jonin form the leaf village, and didn't know why he was there with the others. The had with them a girl with a pale complexion who looked anxious. Whatever they were doing, it couldn't be good. That other boy was, though all his senses, evil. It seemed to exude form his body. He crouched down, and got his best jutsu ready.
"Long time, no see, Azami," a familliar voice that sent chills down Azami's spine said. She turned to her right, and saw Orochimaru standing two feet from her position. He had that all-to-cocky grin on his face. He was leaning on one of the trees. "I have come for a trade," Azami said, motioning for both Relic and Takashi to suround Nakita. "Your daughter for my creation," Orochimaru made several "tsk" sounds, and wagged his finger. "You know, I don't know where little Itasuske went. Looks like I don't have what you want. What are you going to do about it?" He asked, mockingly. Orochimaru didn't know where Itasuske was? This changed everything. "If you don't give me back my creation, then," she said, and motioned for Relic to put a arrow to Nakita's head, which he did immediately. "Then I will be forced to 'lose' your daughter, got it?" Orochimaru chuckled. "You know, my daughter may just be a girl to you, but she may have a few surprises for you," he said. Azami raised a eyebrow, and motioned for Relic to fire. He did, but all that he shot was a garder snake. Confused, Relic aimed around, only to find that she was nowhere to be seen. "I lost her!" both Relic and Takashi said in tandem. Azami looked around incredulosly, then saw Nakita right by her father. "You know, even the most basic ninja must master substitution," Nakita said, mocking her. Azami, frustrated now went for a different play. "You know, sannin or not, It is still four to two. Your odds aren't that great, Orocimaru," she said, while Takashi pulled out something that looked like a black ball of clay and Relic took aim. Hajime looked furiously at Orochimaru. "You," he whispered in fury, "RUNIED MY LIFE!!!!!!" He shouted, and rushed with blinding speed at Orochimaru.
Itasuske and Twilight arived at the clearing right as Hajime rushed at Orochimaru. Itasuske's old, gizzled face made a frown. Things were going exactly like they did when he was a kid. He saw Hajime get batted away like a toy by Orochimaru's sword, and saw Kabuto also, seemingly magically, materilaize right next to his master. "Now," he heard Orochimaru say, "The odds are even".

Azami scoffed, then went stright for Orochimaru. They had discussed this situation before, and they all knew the battle plan. Preocupy Orochimaru, while Takashi would blow Kabuto to smithereens. They would leave the girl alone, for she was no real threat. She rushed headlong at Orochimaru, much like Hajime just did, but made both her feet and skull more dense so that she couldn't get batted away like Hajime had just been. She saw out of the corner of her eye that Relic had blended in with the surounding fauna, and was going to harass Orochimaru with arrows while she went after him at close range. She also saw Takashi throw something at kabuto, which he dodged, and kicked Kabuto in the face, sending him backflipping into the trees. Takashi gave a quick thumbs-up, then pursued his opponent.
Orochimaru pushed Nakita out of the way, and started parrying the arrows that were relentlessly firing at his location form several locations. He then saw Azami within stirking distance, and flung out a arm that sent several snakes hurtling through the air. Much to his surprise, only one of his snakes hit, a few were shot down, while most were dodged. Azami did have some amazing moves, he had to admit. Perhaps she could be his next body if Itasuske failed? He pondered while lazily parrying the arrows being shot at him. These fools didn't want to see him at his wrst, did they? Azami then struck, throwing a uppercut in his direction. Now, he had to choose. Cut into Azami, and let his guard down? Or Dodge, and continue to bat away the arrows? He smirked, almost laughing. He threw his sword up, and placed his hands on the ground, dodging the uppercut. Before one arrow could hit him, though, Manda was coiled around him. Those tiny arrows could do nothing aginst Manda's scales. Plus, he provided a nice shell between that nasty Relic and Him. Now it was down to Him and Azami, and Azami, by the looks in her face, didn't like the situation. His sword returned to his hand, and he sniggered. "Now what are you going to do, Azami?" he mocked, laughing at the end.
Itasuske saw that Hajime hit a nearby tree, and decided to pounce. He placed his hands right next to Hajime, and said "forest binding jutsu!" Immediately, the forest vines started wraping up the other boy. He saw the boy struggle, but Itasuske laughed. "You know, you won't be able to escape this jutsu. You are about to become a forest spirit! Any last words?" he said, and the other boy turned his head.
Hajime looked up in rage at Itasuske. This wasn't fair! He needed his revenge on this kid! Then something clicked in Hajime's nervous system, and his arms and legs went to double their force capacity. The vines started snapping one by one.
Itasuske saw Hajime's limbs start to break the vines. This was definately not a good thing. Those vines had the strength of fully developed tree roots. Itasuske looked around, but saw that he had no other resources right away. He knew where he was, roughly, so he had placement advantage. All other advantages, though, seemed to favor Hajime. He started running, and made several clones to throw Hajime off his trail, for the moment.
Takashi kept throwing bombletts right at Kabuto, which he deftly dodged without setting them off. Takashi was getting frustrated at this blatent act of defience. "Come on, at least try to attack me...." Takashi said to Kabuto. Kabuto smirked, and pushed his glasses up to his face. "Fine, but don't go crying when I beat you," Kabuto said. Takashi snarled, and rushed at Kabuto. Takashi, at the last moment, stopped and threw some steel pins on the ground. Kabuto, not expecting this, moved back ahd his hands started to glow. "Alright, now the fight begins," he said. He made a quick few jabs at Takashi, who took them all. Kabuto stepped back, and smiled. "I have just cut off......" he felt something weird, like he couldn't breathe. His eyes got wide, and saw that Takashi was still standing in the same spot, not able to move. Well, according to his calculations, that's all Takashi should be able to do. But why was he feeling the same thing that Takashi was feeling? He looked, and saw the reason. Those pins, on the ground, probably had launched some sort of vital poison, which allowed the poisoned to feel the pain of the poisoner. A interesting, if not misguided approach he once had. He could never perfect the formula, though. It seemed that Takashi, or more likely Azami, had perfected it, and it was wreaking havoc inside Kabuto right now.
And across the field, three standoffs were locked between six combatants. Haijme Broke free of his bonds, and was looking for Itasuske. Azami was almost litterally in the belly of the beast, and was staring down Orochimaru. Takashi and Kabuto both had severe vital injuries, and neither wanted to back down.
