Is This Love? (Caleb and Amaya's Story)

Amaya woke at the first sign of light, thanks to her sensitive eyes. She yawned and stretched. She looked down and saw where Caleb's face one. Her eyes lowered to a glare and she pulled his head away from her chest by his hair.

[Twilight]

Caleb yelled out in pain from getting his hair pulled nearly out of his head

"Ah! May....what was that for?"

Caleb sat up and wiped the drool from the side of his mouth, he rubbed the back of his head as it was still sore

"My hairs still tender, I think you pulled a few hairs out"

Caleb stood up and put his blanket back in his bag

"I know," Amaya said with an innocent, yet terrifying smile. "It's just that you wouldn't wake up from anything else." She stood up and quickly brushed her long black hair with a comb from her bag. "Hey, let me see the mission scroll; you haven't told me what we're doing yet."

[Twilight]

Caleb grabbed the scroll from his pouch and handed it to her

"I guess its ok to open it now"

Caleb grabbed a bottle of water from his pack and took a huge gulp down of it and passed it over to her'

"You should keep yourself hydrated babe"

Amaya opened the scroll as she took a swig of water. Her black and grey eyes scaned over the writing. "Huh that's intersesting. It seems there's something going on in the old Sound Village area," she said.

[Twilight]

Caleb took the jug of water back from her and put it back in his pack

"Then I guess we'll just head west from here in the forest of death and it should take us about 4 days thats even with transporting to get to the gates of the sound village"

Calebs chakra swirled and a circle appeared on the ground and he stepped in and was whisked away

"Caleb wait!" Amaya stepped in the same spot he did and followed. "I wasn't done!"

[Twilight]

Caleb and Amaya were whisked away miles and miles away from the forest of death, to the barrier between the land of fire and the land of sand

"Well this is the first barrier before we reach the land of sound, this would probably be a good time to have a little something to eat"

Caleb grabbed his pack and grabbed out a little bit of bread and meat he had prepared for the trip and passed some to Amaya

"Here we need to keep our strength up"

Amaya let out a sigh. "Don't go off like that alone," she said, taking the food. "How many years have I told you that?" She took a bite and once again scanned over the scroll. "Now this isn't your typical mission," she said after a gulp. "Apparently there's been rumors of some occult with black magic and zombies and all that lovely stuff. People have gone by the area and have turned up missing; it is uncertain if any of them have been killed. That's what we have to find out. 'Observe activities... Infiltrate if needed...' And there are only males in the so-called occult. Great..."
