Land of Fire The Hidden Leaf Village (火) is home to the majority of the characters in Naruto and is one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations. The Hidden Leaf Village is appropriately oriented towards the element of fire, typically having a very bright and warm weather, with which the citizens enjoy and allows bountiful harvests all year-round. Because of its location, the Land of Fire trades heavily with the other surrounding countries, giving it one of the largest populations and strongest economies in the Naruto world. It is widely regarded as one of the strongest countries.Having Great clans and so much more on there Side the Community grows and grows with young and Strong New Ninja! As We keep The Hidden Leaf Village growing we shall grow also thats the Way of the ninja.. The village was founded approximately 65 years before the start of the series when several ninja clans came together. By the end of the first Ninja World War, Konoha had grown and its citizenship diversified. Konoha has a strong tradition of protecting its own and the Kyuubi attack provided the best example. Over the years Konoha has gone to war with many of its neighboring countries, but new ties of alliance have been forged in recent years.
[spoiler]In the more recent manga, the jinkurichi who has the 8-tails has been shown, and despite his power level, character wise he is in my mind, lame and at the same time funny because of his lameness. I mean, when I here that guy rap and talk about his rhymes I can't help but just crack up. I mean, a ******* rapper ninja, what is next, a ninja Lawyer? I mean, we have already had Ninja Mailmen,Ninja Chefs and now a Ninja rapper, so Ninja Lawyers don't seam like to much of a stretch....but anyway, back on topic. This guy is just so stooped that it is funny, and now that Tobi is bad***, I think this guy will be the new comic relief. Now I would like it if you all would share your opinions on this guy, so if you have anything to say about him, feel free to say it.[/spoiler]
Annoying or not to you. Those are for comic relief, if you haven't noticed the makers of naruto were trying to spice some comedy on shippuuden since it has less comedy relief compared to the first naruto anime.

[spoiler]With all the late guesses and judgement. Madara is indeed the final antagonist, currently he is using sasuke and his group to collect the remaining Jinchuriki and those are Killerbee the 8th jinchuriki before naruto's nine-tails. Killerbee is the brother of Raikage, also he is currently battling kisame who wields his samehada. IF you haven't read the manga, you will see the true form of samehada. Kisame for some odd reason obtains large amount of chakra like the jinchuriki[/spoiker]

i give it a 8/10 it would definantly be a 10/10 but i dont really like the way that the naruto rpg is stuck in one section. If it was spread out a little bit more, for example character section than all the villages and academys and fighting grounds and team sections and on and on were more spaced out i would like it better, but im not saying the site isn't good.

Personality:Shikachi is a very nice and calm character. He has a calm personality due to the fact that he is in the great Uchiha clan. He is very intelligent and tries his hardest on everything that he tries. He loves making new friends. He is a strong hearted person. He loves to fight and spar and he is always training, to get better of course. Also he loves to learn new jutsu. His most important attributes are his wisdom and his charm, he is very good with the ladies. He is good in school and is nice to the teachers so most of the students call him a teachers pet. Shikachi is strong and has a good sense of humor. He has bad timing though. For example he'll make a joke in the middle of a heated battle or he'll laugh in the middle of class. Shikachi is just an all around good guy who has a good heart and loves being nice to people.
Bio:Shikachi was born in Konoha. He had amazing eyes ever since he was born. At the age of five he began school. Ever since he started school at the academy he was a top notch ninja, a prodigy for sure. He got the top scores in his class every year. He trained a lot due to the fact that both his parents were Konoha ninja. Every night before Shikachi would go to sleep he would go outside with his parents and gaze at the beauty of the stars in the sky. He loved to look at the stars. Everyday he would try to find new stars that he hasnt seen before. Shikachi's parents taught him many things about how to be a ninja. They taught them there own ninja code, "Always save a comrade, even if you dont leave with your life". Shikcahi has followed that ninja way ever since his parents taught it to him. Shikachi's Father died on a mission to the Kirigakure when Shikcahi was 9. Shikachi was in a slump in many things for about a year. His grades had fell, his skills began to decrease, and finally he didnt talk to anyone. Until he turned eleven when he realized that the Uchiha clan needed him. He began to get his grades back, His skills were better then ever, and he began to make new friends. His Mother resided as a ninja when Shikachi turned eleven because of her illness. Shikachi trained harder and harder every day until he finally passed the academy exams to become a genin by the time he turned 13. His mother died on the day of his 13th birthday. Shikachi met a ninja in the park 5 days after his mother died. This ninja gave him a katana that was very unique and had special abilities. This sword was passed down from generation to generation. His father died before he had the chance to give it to Shikachi. Shikachi Practiced with the weapon not knowing about its origins or about its powers, until one day he was training in the forest and focused his chakra into his blade and concentrated on lightning. He saw something he never expected to see. Lightning was all over his sword as if it was made of lightning. When Shikachi tried with Wind he had wind blowing in all directions of his blade. He was also succesful with every other element. At the end of the day Shikachi exerted more then 95% of his Chakra just fooling with his new weapon that he fainted in the training grounds. He woke up in the hospital three weeks later with his sword by his side. He asked a nurse what happened. She told him that some strange ninja picked him up after he fainted from training too hard. Shikachi had a thought that it was the same strange ninja that gave him the sword after his mother passed away. Shikachi Stayed in the hospital for another two weeks before finally having enough energy and the doctors permission to leave. Shikachi trained more after he got out of the hospital but was careful not to over work himself. Shikachi has become very skilled with this weapon and it is now his main weapon. Shikachi uses it a lot of the time. Shikachi thinks of his sword not only as a weapon but sort of as a constant reminder of who he is and who his parents were. Shikachi is now a 15 yr old Genin and is a very skilled prodigy.

Description: It's A defensive jutsu where Shikachi focuses the needed element into his weapon, makes the needed handsigns and thrusts his sword into the ground.A Wall of the specific element shoots from the ground infront of him or a teammate for example to protect from a jutsu such as fireball style or a weapon such as shuriken or kunai. This jutsu is commonly used by Shikachi, seeing that it is so effective and is a very good defense. This is Shikachis main defense for projectiles and long range jutsu. It takes a good amount of chakra since it's passing through the ground.

Description:For this jutsu Shikachi has to focus a little more chakra into his weapon. Shikachi swings his sword at very fast speeds shooting any element at super speeds. For example lightning is almost like a projectile such as a kunai or shuriken, except it is very hot and can shock the opponent or any object it hits. This is basically like Katon Projectiles except they are much faster and use more chakra. This jutsu has basically the same strength, a faster speed, but uses more chakra.

Description: Shikachi focuses a small amount of element chakra into his sword. Shikachi then rushes the opponent with 3 to 6 slashes if none of the slashes make contact Shikachi releases the small amount of chakra he put into the blade at first quickly. To extend the blade with an extra foot of a small that element. This can paralyze the opponent for a quick second keeping him open for another attack. This can only be done at close range. This is Shikachis only real taijutsu attack besides just close combat(punching and kicking) He has to make the appropiate handsigns before initiating in his attack.

Description
-Looks:It is made of very strong Steel, the blade of the Sword is Silver. It is a katana. The Sheath for the weapon is Grey. The handle is light blue. This katana can break under great force though.
-Capabilities:This Katana Gives the user the capability to poor a little amount of element Chakra into it and Surround his sword with that element. The blade will then have a outer layer of that element all around it. The more chakra you put into the blade the stronger the force. For example it would only take a small amount of chakra and the user focusing on the element of fire to start a fire with a single slash to something that is flammable. (Just an example.) But if the user put almost a quarter of their chakra into the sword and focused on fire chakra he could burn a tree. This sword can only be used by Uchiha members, or people close to them. If anyone else tried to use it, the sword would burn them.
Story: This Katana was passed on for many generations in the Uchiha family.It was created by a famous Uchiha Blacksmith and given to Shikachis great grandfather. Shikachis father was supposed to give him the sword but unfortunately died on a mission to the mist village. The sword was later given to shikachi 5 days after his mother died by a strange ninja. Shikachi later discovered the secret abilities of this weapon, and its greatness. He also discovered that if he uses it too much his chakra will drain greatly.This is now his main weapon, and he has learned how to use it to great extents without using up that much chakra
Sharingan with 1 Tomoe This is type of Sharingan has 1 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions. An example of this was in the battle between Sasuke and Haku. Sasuke could see Haku's attacks coming.
Appearance:Shikachi has the 1st level eyes of his clan. His eyes are beautiful. It is as if his eyes have the beauty of a piece of art. His eyes are his best physical feature. They are almost hypnotizing if you look into them for a long time. He has brown and black hair that he wears down. He wears shorts, and a Black shirt that has the Konohagakure symbol on the back of it. He wears Black ninja shoes. He wears a black Konohagakure headband with acouple of scratches from all of the extensive training he does. He has lightskin. He wears his kunai, and shuriken holsters on his right side. He has his special Katana on his back in a Grey sheath. The sword has a White Blade with a Black Stripe down the middle and the handle is Dark Grey. His sword has a sort of fancy exotic car look to it. Everything about Shikachi is sort of clean and pure, and a little mysterious.. That is the vibe you get when you look at Shikachi.

Through a optical jutsu, Konari saw the town just ahead. As he reached the gate, he got out of his wrappings, and did a small sealing jutsu, pulling Sword back into a summoning scroll. "Now, my informant should be within the town, shouldn't be that hard to find......" He looked into the crowd, and spotted the man, and made a small grin. He walked up to a mousey, small man with over-large glasses. "Hey there, Ponch, how's it goning?" He said with a sarcastic slap on the back and even more sarcastic tone of voice. Ponch, as his name was, jumped about ten feet when he heard Konari's voice. "Ahhh.... umm...what?" He said, trying to scurry back to some sort of self-semblence. "Come on, Ponch, you know me...." Konari said. And Ponch did. "Ah, Ko..Konari. I thought you wouldn't be here untill tommorow....." Ponch said evasively. Konari leaned in. "Well, looks like I'm a bit early, then huh? You heard anything about mr. red-eyes?" Ponch looked side to side nervously. "Not right time, let's head inside, yeah?" Ponch got up and started walking to one of the small, square building. Konari shrugged, "What you say, Emily?"
